Kristen was punctual and avaliable.  She did everything a great Professional should.  She awnsered all my questions. My time was very limited, she always had everything ready when I got there.  The test drive, the dealer tag.  Everything went smooth and I never had any surprise fees or anything at the end.  I also got in and out of F and I in less than an hour from the time I got there.  Very good experience.  The Mercedes-Benz GLC AMG came with the car fax and service records.  From someone who is in the retail business and a manager myself.  This is the exception when it comes to car buying. I shopped about every spot in town before I made my purchase with Kristen.
