They understood what I was looking and my budget constraints.\nI figured I could afford a 2024 or 2025 SUV. Angel and Rigo Showed me two 2026 Courtesy SUVs they had on the lot. A GMC and a Chevy. I went for a test drive with Rigo. He explained in great detail all the features of both. I never felt pressured to pick one over the other. I chose the Chevy Equinox.\nRigo worked with me filling out all the paperwork. He patiently answered all my questions. Even the silly ones. Rigo advocated for me with the finance department. When Rigo showed me the offer, I was overwhelmed. Not only were the monthly payments workable, but I also got a low interest rate and a few options I didn\u0026#39;t think I could afford. Rigo was fantastic! He really worked hard for me. Rigo made me feel important to him.\nRigo stayed with me through the whole purchase process. He often asked if I was comfortable, if he could get me a beverage from the customer lounge. When the Equinox was finally mine, Rigo escorted me to my new vehicle. He sat in the passenger seat and went thru all the features and explained the icons on the display screens.  Rigo took the extra time to go thru all the settings, customizing them to me.\nDriving home I felt very pleased with the deal we had made.\nEveryone I met at the dealership was friendly. Rigo made me feel welcome from the moment we met.\nThe next day I received an unexpected call l from Rigo. He was checking to see how I liked my new Equinox and did I have any questions. He told me that if any time I had questions to please call him. Rigo made sure I had his cell number. How nice of him.\nRigo is an excellent Sales Representative.
