Honestly if I could rate it higher I would. From the very beginning, Makayla was very nice and straightforward with me. I had asked for the OTD and she had sent the numbers right away. Out of every dealership I have contacted recently, this place stood out because of her attitude and personality. I was hesitant to head to dealerships outside of where I reside but due to Makayla I was more than willing to travel hours to meet with the sales people there. When I got to the dealership, Emilio was the first person to great me. I want to emphasize Emilio’s great service throughout my time there. As far as other areas, we had a few issues with finance listening to us at the time of sale, and had to speak to the GM April about them not returning calls recently (after refinancing) and having questions about GAP refund. April was very nice and helpful! (We also would have preferred not to have had to use Kernersville Tire \u0026amp; Diesel to fix the small paint issues from the dealership we noticed that needed addressing as they have issues returning calls and clearly communicating!
