We called a dealer in Spanish Fort Alabama and was told they could not see us until February 1st. We then decided to call someone in Pensacola and found Kia auto sport. We called the service department and spoke with Randy who is extremely helpful and told us that he could evaluate our car the next morning. We took the car in to the dealership and after a quick evaluation we were told that need to be left there overnight so that parts could be ordered and it could be repaired. Randy provided a loner car for us to drive back to Alabama and told us we would be notified as soon as it was ready. This morning by 9 o\u0026#39;clock we were told that the car was ready to be picked up. We went back to Pensacola and indeed the car was ready when we arrived and it had even been washed. Randy was very helpful in explaining the repairs that had to be made. When requested Randy even provided the damage part for us to take with us.\r\n We have seen less than favorable reviews of Kia auto sport. We found them to be professional and courteous, as well as prompt in there repairs.\r\nThank you Randy for a good experience.
