They contacted me, stayed in touch, we did the paperwork online very easily, my vehicle was ready, fueled, detailed as was promised. They picked me up from the airport so all I had to do was get in the vehicle I bought and drive it home to TN. Excellent experience!

Christopher Lynch was very helpful when I purchased my used Mazda. He was honest and forthcoming, which is opposite of the "used car salesman" stereotype. He also started the negotiation with my bank of lowering my pre-approved interest rate, and the vehicles price; it was a success. A few follow up calls from Christopher Lynch after the purchase also made me feel as if it was money well spent.

I am yet to receive the car. However, I am very impressed by the customer service at Nissan North. I am extremely satisfied with their timely feedback and the staff willingness to provide me with assistance. I look forward to another great moment at Nissan North; when I will be picking my car!
