Took my car in for an oil change, Bryan did the oil change ,very professional, told me I also needed to schedule more work, I needed my fluids changed. I will do this soon thank you Bryan for checking over my car and telling me what I needed to do

We have been bringing our family cars to Oak Brook Toyota for over 20 years. We have always dealt with John S in service for honest and friendly service. Quite frankly, we only continue to buy and service our cars at this dealership because of John.
I have a 2009 Toyota Highlander with 150,000 miles that has been serviced with Oakbrook Toyota for 15 years now. It needs a lot of work, but I plan on driving it as long as I can. Steve Arnold always helps me out by prioritizing what I should have repaired first based on safety and possible escilation of costs. I trust him. I trust Oakbrook Toyota.
Erik Thames was a great salesman. Just bought a 2023 Camry. Very patient and great energy. Went back next day bc I didn’t understand how to get Apple Car Play. He was available to help and even gave me a new cord for my phone and car. Def recommend Erik!!
