This dealer refused to provide more than one key for my car and it will cost me $100 to have one made at a dealership. They alledge the lack of keys was beyond their control and would not have duplicates made. Terrible customer service. I bought TWO cars from this clown. The ONLY courtesy he extended to me or my family was in the interest of making the sale. He came to my location and picked me up because my existing car would not make the trip. This first seemed like a courtesy I had never experienced before, but I later realized it was a ploy to make the sale. This "used car salesman" took full advantage of me, all while he smiled and shook my hand. In the spirit of fairness, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and even came back and bought a second car under the promise of a "loyalty" referral credit of $100 for every person I steered their direction that made a purchase. That referral was made to my own daughter and I signed the note. I coordinated the sale and helped her pick a car that this "schmoe" would get commission dollars for selling. He and his dealership DID cover the cost of a duplicate key for my daughter's car, but they refused to do the same for the car I had purchased first. Because the key is a transponder key and requires a dealer to program it, the cost of the key and programming is almost $100. This is adding insult to injury since we have NEVER received the "owner loyalty referral bonus" promised us at the onset of our transactions. I want to discourage ANYONE and EVERYONE from EVER buying a car from this circus. These people are thieves and liars, and I am still looking for any avenue I can find to discredit them and to protect others like me from their shifty practices. They also GUARANTEE CARFAX with EVERY PURCHASE but the closest thing thaty actually give you to CARFAX, (a nationally recognized and accredited program) is a cheap spinoff of something LIKE CARFAX that gives you the information they want you to have on the car they are trying to sell to you. This is additionally a gross violation of sales ethics and probably illegal since they advertise it in print and all other forms of media. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They will rip you off to no end. They are crooked, and should be closed and the entire staff indicted on charges of racketeering and fraud.
