I met with Eduardo to test drive a 13 MB SL550. It was a great experience, no pressure and lots of useful information. We came back and I met with the GM who was great to work with and rally helped guide me through the process and did EVERYTHING right from my perspective. He communicated well and responded quickly to every question, text, e-mail and call. I didn't end up buying from them because I found a Pre-Certified 1 year model new car that seemed to be a better fit for me, and Randy was very gracious, kind and respectful when I let him know. I would not have hesitated to buy from him if I hadn't stumbled on the other car. I am a CPA and very analytical and they checked every box in terms of quality and service that I would have hoped for and I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. I just bought a Mercedes ML 350 from Palomino Motors. David Villatoro, my salesperson helped me throughout the entire process. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to give me all the information I requested regarding the vehicle and worked with the finance director to get me a great interest rate. Everybody at the dealership was super nice and made me feel at ease the whole time. They never put pressure on me or come up with any shenanigans to persuade me to buy the vehicle from them. They even let me borrow the car for 24 hours so I can have it inspected at another dealership just to have a peace of mind. This is what I call a great customer service!
