Buying a new vehicle can be (and often is) a stressful and unpleasant experience. This was just the opposite. From the initial negotiation phase through the delivery and even the meeting with the finance guy, everything was top-notch. My salesman Zac, and Nate, the Sales Manager, made negotiations and delivery smooth and easy. Austin, "the finance guy," explained the packages he had to offer, but he wasn't pushy at all. Zac took the time to set up my Kia Connect app, and even though I was very familiar with the EV9 (having owned one before), he made sure that everything was in order, and he answered any questions that I had. Throughout the process, communication was outstanding. I live in Northwest Indiana, close to many Kia dealers in the Chicago metro area. Taking the time to shop at Fox Kia North in Grand Rapids turned out to be a very good decision.
Deceiving brought my car to have an oil change and they removed bolts and have an oil leak on left axel!
Excellent service. They were in constant communication while my car was being serviced and went the extra mile to make sure my parts were covered under warranty.
Best decision i have ever made! Very courtious and they went above and beyond to help me! Recommend!!!! Frank went to the ends of the earth to track down a fantastic deal on a great car!
Can’t even begin to tell anyone the horrible experience my daughter has and continues to have. Lies, deceit have been prevalent. Her new car is now at a different Kia dealership needing a new transmission at 3k mikes. The latest manager says he is going to try and fix all the wrongdoings, stay tuned!!
We put $1000 down on a car in mid October that they said was being delivered that weekend. When it was not after 2 weeks we went up there because we liked the 2023 Kia Seltos they had listed on their site. We purchased this vehicle on 10/30/22 for $10,000 more than MSP. We understand the car shortage and still wanted it. We were given 1 key FOB and advised that Kia themselves sends them the second key FOB after sale and they would mail it to us. It is now 2/9/23 and we still have not received our second key. We were calling every day and was told numerous times it was in the mail and then it was they don't send it but Kia sends it and now they no longer return our calls. We filed a report with the BBB which they have not responded too. We will probably end up having to purchase a second key FOB if we want it or take it to small claims. I would change this review if we received our FOB.
