Sales manager (Don) is extremely rude, one of the sales people, Heather made me feel like I was wasting her time even though I came in with a Cashier’s check for the full price plus taxes etc… for the vehicle I wanted. Acted like she had something better to be doing. Ended up walking away and buying a similar vehicle from Northland Chevy in Superior. Would not recommend this dealership, not professional at all.

Oh my goodness! I was so leery of this company at first! Who in the world would drive all the way to Superior from Ashland to show me a vehicle I was interested in??? I loved the vehicle, so they let me put $500 down and brought it back for detailing. Then a few days later, they delivered it right to my home!! I can't say enough about Von Holzen!! My husband is in the hospital and he can't stop talking about Von Holzens service to all of the staff. He couldn't believe how they took care of me! They are definitely a company that prioritizes their customers!!

Moving from Arizona, we left all our freinds behind. I am so thankful that there are businesses up in Northern Wisconsin that makes you feel like your not alone. Whether it is the amazing Body shop who will advocate for you when your insurance trys to low ball you with cheap parts or the amazing service department that goes above and beyond the call of duty, I am honored to call myself a customer of Von Holzons dealship. I have not yet had the pleasure of working with the sales department yet, but I know that when my rust bucket one day breaks down, they will be the first on my list to call.
