I dealt with Bev on 2 separate occasions. She is the best. She has excellent communication skills and on the 2nd occasion she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She made sure to listen to what I had to say and made sure the correct tow company was used to get my car to the service department. Ensuring that the correct people will be available to work on my car. As someone who also runs a business, I understand the difficulty of helping customers and making sure things are handled efficiently and professionally. Bev did both of those things above 5-star ratings. I highly recommend her to anyone needing Cadillac service. I will continue my relationship with Omaha Cadillac service department because of how well Bev helped me. Thanks Bev!

Brent Richardson was incredible! He joked with us answered all my wife’s wacky questions and just killed the whole process. He informed us of every step in why and how Huber does business differently. He also explained how Cadillac is a step above not just in the vehicles but in the life after. If your looking for any vehicle he can help especially if it’s in that luxury line. Once your done with Brent, Ryan Blauw back in finance is ready to make it a breeze. He explained everything but put no pressure on us. He made it so simple and quick I forgot we were buying a car. Huber did excellent! The tiny hiccup we had they ensured it was made right and quickly so.
This was my first time for service at Huber Cadillac, it was such a great experience. Mike and the team took such great care of us, they kept us informed of our service, and finished right when they said the service would be completed. We had an outstanding experience with our salesman, Marty deBoer. Very professional, and he listened to what we wanted. I originally came in to test drive the mid-size SUV, which I did. Once I saw the CT5 and drove it, I knew I had found the replacement for my Mercedes. I love the design, the power and the visibility it gives me without buying the larger SUV.
