The sales people were all very helpful. The service department took care of most issues I had with the vehicle, and gave me a voucher to have the remainder of the issues taken care of in my hometown. I have one issue with trying to get help via a phone call. I received a package with my paperwork, and had a question about something, so I called the number on the letter enclosed with the paperwork. The recording said the store was open, but i needed to talk to the business office, which was closed. It gave me the option to press a number for the hours for the business hours, but when i pressed the number, it took me back to the main menu, and asked me what i needed. I said i had a question about the paperwork I received, and the recording advised that the store is open, but the business office was not open. It asked if I wanted to know the hours of the business office, and told me to press the number I had already selected. I pressed the number, which took me back to the main menu. I said I wanted to talk to a person, then it asked what my question was, and I repeated I wanted to talk to a person. I was transferred to a person, who was not at the store. He advised that the business office is too busy to answer their phones on saturday mornings, and advised that I might have better luck, if I call back this afternoon! I've got plans this afternoon. I was really disappointed with your phone service, and the fact that I couldn't figure out what hours the business office is open. I think it would be much better for customers to hear that all representatives are currently busy, and they could have someone call me back. I didn't enjoy being on a merry-go-round, and still not have my concerns taken care of! I made 3 calls, and still have no answer to my concern, and I'm not looking forward to calling back later, hoping there just might be someone who is not too busy to address my concern! 😡

My experience with Carmax was extremely positive. From first contact regarding a car transfer through my final interaction regarding a few repairs at their expense, everyone was friendly, genuine, and great to work with. Two thumbs up!
Kyle was nice and straightforward. Our car had one minor electrical issue we found within the return policy, and they ordered a new part from Subaru to fix it.
I ordered a car to test drive; I was allowed to test drive for 24 hours. There was no pressure. Noah streamlined the purchase, registered the car even. Carmax paid for two maintenance issues. I couldn't be happier dealing with carmax.
EveryONE was friendly ! Clean inviting showroom! My saleswoman: Klar was just great, knowledgeable, accommodating, all around wonderful & so was management ! My bank was being difficult but he the manager was so nice . Would highly recommend
