I was provided the upmost respect when being overly picky about my vehicle special order and purchase and received ZERO negativity. The contact between the Sales Manager, Mr. Young and Salesman, Mr. Carabajal was more than accommodating; they took the time to take calls, texts, emails, and in person visits to make sure I was taken care of! The transition from trading my vehicle to picking up my new one was perfect! I would also like to include the Finance Manager, Andrew explained many option for me to be able to afford the best protection plan for me while enjoying my new vehicle.

Very disappointed in Team Auto Center! 1. We purchased many new and used vehicles over our years from Team. However, several years ago, when shopping with our son, the salesman told us they could bring a vehicle in from one of their neighboring locations we were interested in. Then, the new manager, told us NO...buy one we have or nothing. So, we have not purchased a vehicle from them since. 2. Although we have not purchased from Team in several years, we still take our vehicles there for service as they were all purchased new from them. After getting an oil change today, prior to even driving it off the lot, sensors inside started flashing. The technician said that sometimes happens and it would be $150 to fix it. He would not give a detailed explanation as to what 'sometimes happens.' We checked around...it does not just happen... We will NEVER purchase or service another vehicle at Team Chevrolet in Scottsbluff, NE. Very, very disappointed in customer service the past several years.
