Place is welcoming and clean! Should the wait be a little longer, there is water and coffee which we were grateful for. Employees here are kind and efficient. No time waisted. Paperwork was completed with transparency of everything and each paper - nothing hidden. PERK: being able to communicate through text! We were indecisive for a bit and weren’t pressured they gave us time to do pros and cons on vehicles. Grateful for their patience
