Exceeded all my expectations and that is rare - Michael introduced us to the QX80 and Addi continued the orientation to the car and later to the sale. I would highly recommend this dealer - employee longevity says a lot about an organization and it is highly valued here. Nissan and Infinity have some amazing cars and many are on the showroom. You won't find a more professional and informed group of employees anywhere from the car orientation, sale and finance. My second visit was later in the day and Addi and staff stayed late to ensure everything was perfect. I can't see shopping anywhere else for a new or used vehicle. You won't be disappointed. . . . .

Easiest car buying experience ever! We truly were not planning on purchasing when we walked in, as we went in to finish our homework and decide if the QX60 was in the running still for a purchase we were going to make in the Fall. Darren greeted us and worked with us throughout our time and turned our not today into driving away in a 2025 QX60! There was never any pressure or awkward pushes. Outstanding experience from all staff! Josh Kennedy is very courteous, knowledgeable, hospitable, and thoroughly explained my finance contract; which shows to me that he is honest. Even the manager takes a personal interest in the customers. When you walk through the doors, you are greeted kindly by the receptionist and it begins there. Outstanding, caring customer service.
