In there for an hour . the usual time frame. Liked how they had the video text message link after the appointment.
Everything went really smooth. In and out in a couple of hours and a relatively seamless experience. It took a long time to get my registration but more likely a problem with the DMV.
They never added windshield washer fluid. Thought that would be a given. Usually checked when getting an oil change or routine maintenance
Sam was polite and informative. This is dumb that I need to write at least 15 words
Excellent dealer. Worked hard to make a deal. Fair on both ends. They had their act together. Would recommend them!
The wait was longer than I was told or anticipated. No one came to explain that it would be a longer wait
