Dealership was extremely busy the day we closed the deal. We met Dulce early in the morning to close the deal, and told us she would get the car ready to go, we did not complete the transaction until the mid afternoon. I know the dealership was busy, but perhaps the process could have been more efficient. Dulce was cooperative, but we saw so many people during the process, that our patience was wearing thin. Perhaps you can streamline the process.
All our documents done but we have not received yet Great thing— we got our car registration insurance id card in our possession In our last visit 2 nd driver adjustments recorded hands on driving done— was great We may have to do one more trip will visit Nick Holden at that time car is Greaaaaat! I took my lx for a complaint for a noise coming from the back. They called my later stating that the mechanics could not replicate the noise , I went to pick up the car and the adviser Sarah had a bad attitude with my compliant , I demanded to speak to te mechanic who took a ride with me , heard the noise and then within two hours they fixed it. The mechanic was amazing. Sarah didn’t like my complaint
Everything was well organized. Fastest part was choosing the car, although I had decided what model I wanted before hand. From finance to insurance, we were done in 3 1/2 hours.
Fantastic service. Constant communication. I'm very happy! Outstanding facilities, very professional service, everyone knows what they are doing.
