License plate was missing a bolt - Not sure I had to make an appointment - I am not happy with the service department - My mechanic (who is the owner and more 30 years experience) said the tires were a safety issue - The individuals in the service department measured the threads in the middle (which apparently met Carmax standards) - My mechanic about blew a gasket (sorry about the pun) - overall, not a great experience

Mostly fine. We waited too long for the software to load, the sales person insisted there were no recalls even though I pulled one up that had been in the news and then the finance person -Oscar - acted as if we were disrupting his day. His same crappy attitude was on display a few days later when we went back to clean up some paperwork he acted dismissive and put out again.

Jacob was my salesperson and he went out of his way to help me find my car.

Super helpful and friendly. Made everything easy. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Especially if you need to decide between. Multiple makes and models.
