Worst buying experience ever. Sales manager provided false information regarding vehicle specs including mpg, put down competitors, didn't want to give us an out the door in fear we might check elsewhere, whined about physical ailments and eventually told us to go walk around the lot while he helped another customer we were told he would try to source the vehicle we wanted from another dealership but he never got back to us. I taught customer centric selling to senior managers of a fortune 50 company for 20 plus years and this was the worst example of customer service I've ever experienced.
From Drew to Ricky and Keith, they did a great job of getting this Nam vet and his wife into the vehicle we wanted, and the right price. They went above an dbeyond to facilitate that everything got done with our trade in. When you get a Marine to say good job, you know it was done right.

Great experience. Salesman Andres Sanchez did an excellent job. He explained all of the numerous features of the new explorer.
The manager gave me $10,000 more for my trade-in after I had the deer with him. This day and age I feel that dealers have quit doing that to customers. I expect to go in there and they give me their best price. I take it or leave it. I should not have to sit there and deal with them. I have dealt with dealers that have this policy of being straight up and honest. I would not go back to bison Ford.
My wife and I were very pleased with the service at Bison Ford are service tech James was very helpful and took care of truck like it was is own we be back for all our service needs Thanks
