Good dealership with less reward option. Adrian handled my case really very well. I must appreciate his friendly nature and desire to assist. I took Equinox LT model and I wanted to upgrade to RS model after the delivery. Nucar rejected the request since I rated then 4 * in the review. I will take the complementary benefits which I am entitled to, post that I will never do any business with Nucar again. I wish I had chosen Winner or Thomas Chevrolet. There is always a second chance. On 12/01/2025 Ms. Karen Collins called me and informed that she can cancel my existing loan and apply for a new Equinox RS. I went to the dealership, came across 2025 Equinox Active model fully loaded with my requirements. Karen gave me a discount of $1750 which was very kind of her. Adrian Vasquez : - The guy with full of energy, desperate to help me in every possible way. Very generous and kind. I wish him good luck! FYI - I have shared your number to my friend who is a potential buyer. Brooke from the finance team was very cooperative and helpful. Not to mention: I spent 7 hours at the dealership in the entire process on my wife’s birthday. Finally I would say, everything is well when the end is well.

Great experience working with Corey, Mike, and Glenn at NuCar. I was an out of state buyer and their communication was proactive and clear and they made sure to take into account my travel in terms of accommodating me to get me out with my new car ASAP.
