Great experience from start to finish my salesman Tim was very helpful and I got a great warranty. I would recommend this dealership they gave me a fair price for my trade in and met my needs to make the deal possible.

I had a really frustrating experience with Cochran, particularly with the finance department. Taylor Brown added warranties to my contract that we never agreed to. To top it off, I found out that they were video recording our conversations without my permission, which I found quite unsettling. It’s now been three months since I canceled those warranties, and I still haven’t received any refunds. I’ve sent numerous emails and made several phone calls, but I haven’t heard back from anyone. It’s been incredibly disappointing, and I would urge others to steer clear of this dealership.

Chris was accommodating when I needed to move my appointment. I had to make a last minute family emergency trip due to a death in the family. Chris fit me in immediately and got my oil changed and tires rotated and aligned so I could take my trip safely. Appreciate the flexibility!
