I had a great experience! Ben Davis was exceptional to work with He was very knowledgeable and helped me make a good decision on which car to go with. He did a great job explaining how leasing works vs buying a car. I have not bought a new car for 11 years and i was very nervous! Ben eases my fears and was not pushy at all. I had an outstanding experience at Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan thanks to two fantastic team members, Izumi and Marchello. The first time I visited — just after New Year’s — Izumi was the very first person out to greet me, and right away his listening skills and genuine friendliness stood out. I wasn’t even planning to buy that day, but he didn’t rush me or pressure me in the least. Instead, he took his time showing me the vehicle I was interested in, explaining all the features in a way that was helpful and not overwhelming. He let me take a test drive and was just genuinely friendly and professional. Before I left, he even introduced me to his manager, Marchello, showing that teamwork and customer care are a priority here. When I reached back out the next day to ask if Izumi would be willing to meet my husband and show him a truck, he didn’t hesitate. Because of the way he treated us, my husband and I agreed to purchase our vehicles that day. My own car purchase wasn’t without a few hurdles due to a unique credit situation, but Marchello didn’t give up. Matthew and the service team were awesome AGAIN . I was able to schedule quickly and get in prior to having to leave town . The service was fast and thorough and they ensured I was comfortable the entire ( brief) time I waited. This is my second lease and I will continue with them- they have taken care of our family vehicles and making sure they are dependable.
