Beyond-perfect Cadillac Valencia experience: amazing deal, unmatched service, personal touches, luxury loaner, and incredible care throughout.

Had a really good experience here. Ron was our salesperson. Such a great guy and had our backs throughout the whole purchase process. Everybody else here seemed very nice, happy, and so helpful. Highly recommend this dealership and I am sure all of the other salespeople are just as nice but ask for Ron. He was really good to us!!

Will not recommend until new dealership improves their new employee training of customer service and management skills.

Was not happy with the service the mechanic forgot to return my wheel lock I had to drive around without my wheel lock for a week no one would return my call for days

Took over a week for the adjuster to come out. The car has been in for the same issue repeatedly. Seems as if things aren't fixed properly until you have to take it several times. Car was in the shop 3 weeks.

Keep away from this place. It's now called Magic Gmc and Cadillac, but same incompetent staff. Especially in the service dept. Go anywhere else. Literally anywhere. Petsmart would do a better service.
