What Others Say

Always a pleasure doing business with Samantha Shopper, best service advisor at North Hills Toyota. She always listens to any service issues and problems and makes extraordinary efforts to get the issues taken care of the first visit. Not like some other dealerships who hire incompetent people who have no clue how to listen or talk to people. We did not purchase our 2020 and 2021 Toyota Highlanders from this dealership, but we will always be loyal Toyota customers to Samantha Shopper.!!!!!

My Advisor was very happy and answered all my questions. My car was done very fast I was in and out.

Very friendly and explained everything before it was done & why it needed done. Also made sure we had a ride home & back to the shop when our vehicle was ready.

My corolla is 15 years old And I have never considered any other place to go for my car related needs.

Jonathan is a great help in the whole service. My daughter just had her first car 2011 RAV4. We drove the car to North Hills Toyota for the State Inspection and Emissions Testing. We were surprised the car failed the emission measurements. My daughter dad to leave for school at Philadelphia next day, so we asked Jonathan for checking the reason and retesting. Jonathan asked technician Ben to redo the emissions testing. Ben figured out the reason and successfully finished the emissions testing. Ben was so nice to us and explained the reason. The instrument could not read the data because of the installed remote starter. To run emissions test, the OBD connector needs unplugged from remote starter. It was almost 6pm after the emissions retesting. North Hills Toyota Service Center closes at 6pm. We drove the car back home and found the parking lights can’t be turned off and stays on when driving after the emissions testing. I drove the car back to the service center next day morning at 8AM. Jonathan and Ben were not there and Samantha was on duty at front desk. She said I need to schedule another day for checking why the parking lights stay on when driving. But my daughter had to leave for school at Philadelphia before noon. That day afternoon 2pm, I drove my Tacoma to the service center for oil change. Jonathan was there. Samantha already told him I came back this morning for the RAV4 parking lights. Jonathan explained to me why the RAV4 parking lights stay on when driving after the emissions testing. The remote starter needs to reset after the emissions testing because of the OBD connector unplugged. He promised me to have this problem solved without any fee and I can take the RAV4 back to the service center anytime. Hope my daughter comes back home from school next month! I would like to thank Jonathan for his help in the whole service! Thanks to Ben, he is so nice to us! Thanks to Samantha for telling Jonathan for the RAV4 parking lights stay on when driving after the emissions testing. They are professional, telling the truth and are trustworthy. North Hills Toyota Service Center is reliable and I highly recommend this very reliable company.
