They mis-represented what the car was equipped with. The Saturn Aura wasn't ready when we went to pick it up in October of 2007, so we were their all afternoon. There wasn't a second key made for the car, after it was it didn't work correctly when we got home. We live about 150 miles from this dealership. We were suppossed to get a survey from GM on how the car dealership experience was, it never arrived. I believe this information was never forewarded to them, they(the salesmen) knew how we would respond to their questions. Overall not a good experience. Find another Saturn dealer if you want to purchase one.
