Every time I bring my car in they damage something. Stopped going there anymore and will never go there again!

These guys are absolute criminals… they sold us a used car out of alignment then charge you huge money to repair six months later.. it’s wear and tear so of course it’s not cover under the xx extended warranty they sell you… as well as ruining my tires… then my engine was misfiring so I brought it in and needed the engine replaced.. it’s almost 3 months and still haven’t gotten it back.. they also want to charge me for my brakes seizing up while it’s been sitting there for months… then they broke a thermostat while repairing and somehow that’s another deductible hit.. then they gave me a loaner car.. agent says bring it back when your vehicle is ready.. today I get a call that they’re going to charge me $1000 for the rental? Thieves… telling me they don’t do loaners only rentals in the next office…. Why would a car dealership have a rental agency right next to its repair shop? To screw you over.. why would they ever repair your car in a timely fashion when they can profit on a rental from u!? Thieves… avoid at all costs

Service is a cash cow over $1000 to fix a tire pressure light within 2 physical hours I waited for it. Visit one 25min diagnostic, I put in the part that was ordered, Visit two a power wire and check the system.Overpriced and sloppy work for the price too. A reminder to seek other options for service needs.

First visit for electrical problem $800 (which I do understand the difficulty). They took out the tire pressure module said that may be the problem but hard to tell. The next day same issue. On the 2nd visit they had it for a week but needed an additional $800, I declined the additional work. Went to pick up the car they never re-installed the TPM module. Told me that it would give the next mechanic a starting point. I did not drive the car immediately due to the electrical issue. When I moved it a few days later I noticed the front bumper was falling off the car. I called service department multiple times over a week, left messages NO response. When I finally talked to the service manager he of course said it didn't happen at the dealership. I took a pic of my car they day it was dropped off, no damage. He did not want to see the damager. He told me my car really wasn't worth repairing and he can 'hook me up' with the sales department. I turned the claim into my insurance, $5000 worth of damage. And yes, I did get the electrical issue resolved for a fraction on the dealer cost. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. Very unprofessional.

Terrible. Had my vehicle for over 12 weeks and when all was said and done I received my truck back noisy, missing nuts bolts and insulation under hood. 12 weeks and $9500 later. Never again.

I posted a review that I would like to remove Jim the service manager at Franklin Sussex Automall went above and beyond to satisfy a loyal customer. I had a radio that was out of warranty, and he did the right thing by me and replace the radio at a fair price, I would recommend them they are stand up business
