What Others Say

Llyas Ismailzada was extremely patient and help in selecting the appropriate car. Initially was thinking of purchasing a different BMW but after carefully looking at others I was able to purchase the right one for the right price.

The best service team ever! All the staff are great, especially Ahmed Elmahdy, he is the best Service Advisor. He’s always helpful and knowledgeable and accommodating.

If anything is noticed about the lack of performance with your vehicle, The BMW Dealership, can, and will locate the problem. All you have to do is drop the car off, and wait for the diagnostic

Car was serviced perfectly. Car feels brand new again .. always pleased with the service and customer service I receive.

CAUTION: A Costly Trap. Deceptive Sales & Incompetent Service. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP OR THEIR SERVICE SHOP. If you are considering buying a vehicle or getting a repair here, please read this first—it could save you thousands of dollars and immense legal and financial stress. I purchased a vehicle here, paying 100% CASH, based on their explicit, reassuring promise that the car was in excellent condition and had been serviced exclusively by their own BMW technicians. I trusted the BMW name and their internal service history. It was a massive mistake. Within just a few weeks of driving the car off the lot, the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. It became instantly clear that they had simply cleared the diagnostic codes and deleted the warning lights right before handover to mask severe, pre-existing mechanical failures. They hid major, urgent issues—including completely shot rotors and critical engine/components tasks—under completely false pretenses. The Financial Damage & Incompetence: I am now thousands of dollars deep into repairs for a vehicle that is in worse mechanical shape than the day I bought it. I paid their service department thousands to fix these issues, but their mechanics are so incompetent that the problems remain unresolved, and multiple mechanical noises have actually gotten worse. To make matters worse, brakes they supposedly replaced less than a year (and under 6,000 miles) ago are already triggering a replacement light. Either they charged me for work they never actually performed, or the installation was dangerously botched. I have full video evidence of their mechanics' work and every single receipt to prove it. The Ultimate Audacity: The absolute lack of professionalism doesn't stop in the garage. The only phone calls I receive from this dealership now are from their aggressive sales department. Their exact words? "We know you are not happy with that car, just come back in and buy another one from us." The sheer audacity to exploit a customer they already wronged, just to hit another sales quota, is disgusting. BMW USA Corporate Headquarters needs to immediately investigate the deceptive business practices being run by both the sales and service departments at this franchise location. They will gladly take your cash, hide major defects, fail to fix what you pay them to repair, and then try to sell you a second car to replace the "lemon" they sold you the first time. Save your money, protect your peace of mind, and go to a reputable dealership that values integrity over deception. You have been warned.
