Did a nice job with the work that was completed but could’ve told me in advance that not all work would be able to get done in the time scheduled. Additionally, needing to bring my car back and leave it for 2+ days to get diagnostics seems off. I’m thinking if I make an appointment I should be able to drop it for a handful of hours or the day but get it back same day.
Brian got me in and out within an hour. He also got me a reasonable quote on tires.
Everything went smoothly. The Grand Cherokee was done early and just as promised. It was a positive experience
