What Others Say

If I were Larry H Miller, I'd sue Asbury Automotive Group to remove my name. We've owned over 15 Toyotas and this dealership is the rock bottom. Original salesman ghosted us when we told him we were not in the same city. Sales manager (John) took over and negotiated/finalized the purchase. Apparently the salesman didn't think we were serious buyers. While going over the car, my wife asked how to engage the 4WD. The salesman (Ryker) said "your husband will know how that works". Wait, what? Are you kidding? Still don't understand why a Toyota "Gold" vehicle had 2 issues that had to be addressed before delivery. So much for the 165 point inspection. We paid the "processing fee" only to find out that the dealership did not handle the taxes so we had to wait for a refund check and license the vehicle ourselves. Why do car dealers get to charge a fee for work they don't complete? If Larry H Miller Toyota were the last dealer on earth, we'd fly to another planet to make a purchase.

This has been an extremely disappointing service experience. I brought my vehicle in twice for the same ABS issue. During the first visit, I was charged for the sensor and repair before the work had even been completed or the sensor installed. I only requested the vehicle back because I urgently needed it for a trip to Las Vegas. Now, after returning the vehicle again, I have been without my car for almost an entire week, with no loaner vehicle offered and very poor communication throughout the process. I also was informed that the ABS sensor connector is damaged and requires additional repairs. I understand delays happen, but charging customers before completing repairs and leaving them without transportation for days is unacceptable. I expected much better professionalism and service handling from a Toyota dealership.

When buy my lease car they didn't the paperwork on time and nobody responded or take responsibility of their issues, I need to double pay and they never did the registration changes that I paid for. 2 months and not answer still.

I came in for an oil change on 01/27/26 at 11:30 AM and wasn’t spoken to until 11:42 AM. Aaron told me the wait would be about an hour and a half, but I ended up waiting over three and a half hours. I saw customers who arrived after me leave before I did. When I tried to find Aaron, he was nowhere to be found. Another employee told me my car had “just gotten done,” yet the paperwork showed it was ready at 2:12 PM—I didn’t leave until 3:14 PM. My keys were just sitting on the counter with others. I will never be coming here again.

Update to my initial review: This is the second truck due to the service department messing up the first truck. Now they failed to do the DMV paperwork so now I cannot drive my truck until they decide to finally follow Utah law and submit the paperwork or I drive two hour trip. I'm a combat wounded veteran that must make my appointments. Will never purchase from this dealership again!

I took my 2020 Tundra in after having rough idle and multiple warning. The diagnosised the problem as a faulty throttle body and I agreed to the repair at a cost of $900. On the way home the problem came back and it was the same. Took the truck back and was told 2 days later that the mass airflow was bad and that was another $300. Once again issue persisted. Next visit was $3500 to replace wiring harness. Came to pick the truck up and found that while it was in their posession, the truck had been burglarized and around $500 of tools and other materials had been taken. When I called to complain, I never got a call back. There were no broken windows or any sign of some breaking in so it appears that sometime when the truck was at their shop waiting for parts, they had left it in the lot unlocked or one of the employees was the thief. I sent a detailed email to the service manager and the response I got was sorry but you can't prove it happened here. This place is horrible. If I needed my bicycle chain oiled I wouldn't let these clowns touch it.
