Just bought a 2017 Toyota Camry and I couldn't be happier with it. I originally came in for another car but it had recently just sold out earlier that day. Huge shout out to Daniel Lee and Lucas Johnson for all the patience and help throughout the purchase. A lot of dealerships aren't that inviting but they were great throughout the whole process. Whenever I get another car I know who to go to.

We just bought a beautiful claret mica colored Lexus GX 460 from Hennessey Lexus of Gwinnett, and I absolutely LOVE giving happy reviews!!! For personal reasons, we had decided to purchase a different car. Since a conversation had started on the phone after looking at their easy to navigate website, we went to look at the vehicle. Even though the dealership was about an hour away, we felt this car checked all of our boxes. As we entered the luxurious showroom, the delightful salesman, Mr. Bill McCole, (a 22-year veteran of car sales at Hennessey), greeted us with a firm handshake and a warm smile. It’s evident that this dealership strives to create an entire pleasant customer experience by offering free wifi, snacks, and warm and cold beverages! Once we were on the lot with Bill, we were excited to see the specific vehicle we had seen online. The vehicle was exactly as described. Bill took fantastic care of us even staying after hours. We found him to be incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, had helpful advice and went above and beyond for us. Bill even noticed a slight problem with the vehicle, (it happens, it’s pre-owned), and jumped through hoops to get it cared for, far surpassing our expectations. The final price was easy to negotiate, and felt we had a great value, and trusted them. Anything requested, Bill made it happen. We are extremely impressed with Rich Mahoney, Finance Director, as he reached out to us and made sure, we were happy with our vehicle and the transaction. (Perhaps the sales manager was out that day). Hennessey is the kind of dealership that we would send our grandmother to and know she would be treated with the care and respect of the employee's own grandmothers. I would say from the top, the President, Ms. Stephanie to Anthony the Lot Inventory Specialist, the red carpet was rolled out. We were treated honestly and fairly and would recommend them to all our friends, family, neighbors, and my husband’s 1200 clients. (25 years as a North Atlanta Realtor). There were no high-pressure sales tactics, bait and switch tricks, forcing of vehicle warranty at F&I, or any other unpleasant issues that occurred as experienced at other dealerships we had been to. We found the entire transaction to be stress free, seamless, honest, and attentive to our needs. In fact, as we drove away, my Husband said, “I just drove away with a car I love, at the price I wanted”. I nodded in agreement as I felt cared for, valued and respected. As the Lexus ads state, we felt "This was a "December to Remember!"

I want to take a moment to recognize Mike Harris for the outstanding service he provided—not just once, but twice. My wife initially visited Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett with the intention of purchasing a new Lexus RX 350h. Mike was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. Unfortunately, we couldn’t come to an agreement on a price that felt fair for both sides, and while we didn’t end up buying the vehicle, we left with a deep appreciation for Mike’s professionalism and kindness. We genuinely felt bad that the deal didn’t work out, because Mike had been so wonderful. Just a few days later, my mom mentioned she wanted to get out of her Toyota 4Runner for something easier to get in and out of. Immediately, we thought of the RX—and more importantly, we thought of Mike. Based on our previous experience, I knew he would take great care of her, and he absolutely delivered. Mike treated her with the same respect, patience, and attentiveness that he had shown us. If it weren’t for him, she would have purchased something from a different dealership. Mike Harris is a gem. He truly takes care of his customers and has the perfect temperament for sales—always positive, always helpful, and always going above and beyond.
