What Others Say

This Dealership offers excellent customer service. I bring my car to this location for service.

it was quite easy and fast service. staff is cordial and very friendly. certainly one of the best service.

Great dealership. Worked with me and experienced no problems. Joe was great and got everything done quickly!

I brought my car to Sansone Hyundai initially for a scheduled 30,000-mile service, though the car had started acting strangely a couple of days beforehand. It turned out there was essentially no oil in the engine, and ultimately Hyundai determined the car needed a completely new engine. The good news is that Hyundai fully covered the replacement under warranty, which I truly appreciate. That said, the overall experience was very frustrating because the process took about two months, and communication throughout that time was extremely poor. I was initially told a loaner vehicle would likely be available, but despite repeatedly asking over the course of two months, one never materialized. My original service consultant left after the first week, and after that I struggled to get consistent information from anyone. Text messages often went unanswered for 4–5 days, phone calls would provide information that later conflicted with what I was told by text, and I frequently felt like I was texting into the void. Honestly, if someone had simply communicated clearly — even just “we’re waiting until next week for the next step” — I would have been far more understanding and would not have felt the need to constantly follow up. The lack of communication became the biggest issue. When I finally picked up the car, I was charged for the 30,000-mile service that I had previously been told was unnecessary because the engine was being replaced. When I questioned it, I was told they could remove the newly installed items and reinstall the old parts instead. I was honestly surprised that was presented as a realistic solution. At that point, after two months without my car, I just wanted the situation resolved and paid the bill. To their credit, they did provide a 20% discount. The car is running well now, and I am thankful the engine replacement was covered. I’ve actually left positive reviews for Sansone Hyundai in the past, which is why this experience stood out so much. The difference this time was the communication, or lack thereof.

Well I will say so far it has been a good experience dealing with the sales department and we are happy with our purchase, some things had to get taken care of first and they were . The sales person Frank Jimenez was excellent in explaining things an also made sure the car was well taken care of, nice and clean. He really worked with us and the experience was very nice and no pressure . I would say it’s is one of my best experiences in purchasing a vehicle. The finance guy was good as well.

Excellent service person. Greg went out of his way to get me to work on time and make sure my repair was done and corrected when he said it would be.
