What Others Say

Took my truck in for a service engine light, very slow pass side front window and two recalls. They kept it for 3 days and didn't fix a single issue except the engine light and came back on the next day. I am a 3rd party contractor so this cost me 3 days pay. Can't use any other vehicle with these companies, only the one they approve. I'm never going back to Son's again! Toyota is sounding good to me at this point.

Bought a used truck in December 2025 yes used high mileage. I get it is as is. I'm 95% sure they knew the truck has transmission issues. They didn't act surprised at all when I told them about it. I took it for a test drive for it up to 50 mph and didn't show issues a day after I took ownership the transmission started slipping at 35 mph I would not recommend going there for anything.

I’ve been here a number of times (over 8) for recalls on my vehicle. Here’s what I can tell you: they don’t update you. They keep your car with no estimate for how long they will have it. You have to call for updates and they often won’t call you back. In my most recent visit, my service tech said he “doesn’t like to give estimates on how long something would take.” He didn’t tell me they didn’t have the part in house, didn’t tell me when/if he had ordered it, and still hasn’t told me if work has even been started on my car. It’s been 7 days since I’ve dropped it off, and 5 days of leaving messages until he finally texted me back. I truly believe you’d be better off taking your car to any other Ford dealership.

Took a 2015 ford 150 in because of the back door not opening. We had received a recall that this might happen. They informed my wife that the part under the recall was not the problem. They informed her the cost of the repair would be $1900+ to repair. Her not knowing what the average cost of something like this she gave them the go ahead. When I found out about it I called to question them about what was going on. They gave me the run around and did not return any calls (5) times. I talked to with two different individuals who said they would call me right back within a minute but never did. We got the vehicle back today wih over a $1900 invoice with a list of parts that could not all go wrong at once. I have dealt with many people and companies for over 50 years and have never been treated so poorly. I feel as though I have been robbed and been treated with no respect. I would advise no one to ever do business with this dealership. I am still in disbelief that a company can do something like this and stay in business. If I worked for a place like this I would hang my head in shame. I hope that people look at the reviews of this service department before making a purchase even though it might be a better deal. This tells you the true character of this dealership.

Jacob was very responsive and thorough with all requests. I live out of state and they made this purchase very easy and seamless.

My grandson had to pay 2,000.00 today and his vehicle wast fixed !!! Roberry
