My service agent was great and the service went well. The only thing I think that worked better in the past was you had rental cars for service. Not that I needed it for this experience but a prior one I had to leave the facility to get a rental car because mine was in the shop for about a month. The company did pick me up, but I liked the way you did it better in the past because it was one stop
