Did most of the paperwork on line with Audrey Henderson did amazing doing it over the phone I’d recommend if you have to do it over the phone she would be the person!

Purchased a 2024 Bronco Sport — Disappointed and misled. Pros: • Smooth initial sales process • Solid inventory • Full tank of gas at delivery Cons: • Advertised as Certified Pre-Owned, yet did not include the CPO warranty, a clear case of false advertising or at minimum, misrepresentation of goods • Post-sale “detail” was laughable, a quick rinse with no interior attention, not consistent with what was promised • Zero post-sale support — repeated calls have gone ignored • Windshield cracked within 2 weeks, no resolution or acknowledgment I’ve been repeatedly brushed off by sales and management, including the sales manager who personally contacted me to “make things right”then ghosted like everyone else. This dealership’s follow-through is nonexistent. I gave them every opportunity to address this and uphold basic standards of integrity. At this point, it feels like a textbook bait-and-switch: make the car sound better than it is, push the sale, and vanish once the money clears. I chose this dealer based on high ratings. That decision has proven to be a mistake. If you’re looking for a business that values its customers after the sale, look elsewhere. Unless you want to deal with negligent service, broken promises, and a clear disregard for accountability.

I went into Tooele motors looking for a car, Nate helped me out he answered my question I had about the, vehicles I was looking at. Nate was easy to talk to. Nate went into great detail when it came to signing the paper, and breaking downed the monthly costs, of the Ford fusion I now have.

BEST DEALER EXPERIENCE EEVVVEEEERRR!!! We had been on the search for a 7 seater for almost a month. Went back and forth on negotiating and experienced the worse possible dealership salesman until we rang and DRAYKE at TOOELE MOTOR COMPANY answered. We worked on a deal over the phone got a quote (no hidden fees or hidden packages that dealerships usually throw in) drove an hr and a half met with Drayke which by the way was completely helpful. He made sure we felt comfortable with the vehicle AND pricing before agreeing to purchasing. Answered all our questions and not once made us feel uncomfortable as other dealerships had. The price we were quoted is the price we received. You cannot beat their deals, seriously! Found the best pricing on our Highlander after checking out 5 different dealerships. He was honest and helpful and truly an angel! We will be on the market for a vehicle for our teen within the next year & we will definitely reach out to Drayke. Highly recommend!!!!
