What Others Say

I’m extremely disappointed. I was lied to multiple times after speaking with Chase. My brand-new (bought April 28) 2025 Acadia (8-seater, 3rd row) needed a warranty repair. I was told on three separate occasions, that I would receive a rental vehicle equivalent to mine because this would take time to fix. Instead, I was given a 5-seater (Ford Escape), which does not meet my needs. I clearly explained that I have six people to transport. The response I got? Yes, this car is equivalent. Upon checking, the vehicle was not big enough. I went back and told them that it wasn’t going to work and Chase said well I’m sorry that’s what we have. I had no idea where to start this vehicle and a male came out to show me and then stated “We don’t even have to give you a car.” If that’s your policy, then everything should’ve been communicated honestly from the start. Instead, I was misled. Worse, the rental car was dirty and they admitted they knew it was. I was told when I address that issue “yeah, it was just returned.” The dismissive tone and lack of respect I experienced sealed the deal: I will never do business with any Russell Barnett dealership again.

I'm very unpleased with my service I received and I'm not sure that I will return to this store

My husband and I are stunned at how amazing this buying experience was. We were in and out with a new car in one hour! That includes test driving, getting the estimate on our trade in, negotiation, and all paperwork. They also beat other dealerships on the trade in value right out of the gate. There were no pushy sales tactics and everything was completely above board. We have bought several cars over the years and will never buy anywhere else after this. Special thanks to Chris, the sales manager, and Andrew, our wonderful salesman. We never dreamed buying a car could be like this!

A followup on my earlier review. I was contacted by the service manager 2 days later and told that before they would honor the warranty on the replacement transmission for my 2017 Silverado I would have to pay 2 thousand dollars to have the transmission oil cooler replaced. If the transmission they installed damaged the oil cooler why should I have to pay to have it replaced? I regret ever buying a truck from them and would not recommend them to anybody.

I just don't understand why everything costs so much. oil and filter changes shouldn't cost $200. The price makes me want to go find it somewhere else less expensive. I'm on a limited income. it's hard to justify the cost.

My car was serviced. Afterwards I was told my car was ok. Later I looked at the sticker and it was marked that my tires were in poor condition. I was alarmed. I try to take care of my car because my grandkids ride with me a lot. Not happy.
