I genuinely love Jacksonville Subaru. We bring my Subaru Ascent in regularly for maintenance and have had a couple of issues that the service department has gone above and beyond with! They truly look out for me and my family the way they take care of my car. They consistently go the extra mile to minimize any inconvenience. Mike Needham in particular is an outstanding service advisor. Not only are he and the rest of the staff friendly, welcoming, and helpful - they are knowledgeable, efficient, and so kind! They have helped me get work covered under warranties, ensured I had a loaner car when they’ve needed it for an extended period of time, and always instilled a top notch level of confidence in the reliability of my own car. I can not more highly recommend Jacksonville Subaru and their outstanding team!

My wife and I worked with Jerry in Sales. He was patient, not pushy, and helped us with understanding the vehicles and answered our questions. He had a lot of knowledge of the brand and showed us many of the features we were unaware of. We have some physical challenges but he helped us find a vehicle that could accommodate that.
