3rd vehicle purchased at Shearer VW. Worked with Hillary H with this new ID4. Our first electric car and Hillary was very helpful navigating the various Federal, State, and other benefits of an electric vehicle. A bit overwhelming. Hillary and a other staff were very helpful. The ID4 has amazing functions far beyond what any other vehicle we have owned. That said, Hillary was very helpful. If she couldn't provide an answer on the spot she would get it for us. I hope our collaboration with Hillary and Shearer continues helping us enjoy and use our latest VW purchase. I would not hesitate to send family or friends to Shearer VW for purchase or service.

Just too sloppy all around. I'd never feel good if I had a serious issue.

Slow, inexpert, probably damaged the car. Brought my VW in for a check engine light. $1600. A week later, had to bring it back. Was told it now had worse issues and, of course, their work had nothing to do with it. I’m disappointed.
