Went in for a recall to service dept. Courteous staff, quick service, and all is fine with my Ford Edge. What more could you ask for ?

It was great working with Niall. I had several things I asked Niall about and he handled them with ease. He was thorough and courteous. When my service was complete he went over the three items- DONE. He asked if he could help me in any other way. That's why I keep coming back!
I have never had a problem with Klaben. The pickup service is a great service to have.
This dealership is very professional. They get the job done in a timely manner. I waited for my car and it was a short wait. Wear a jacket in there, bit chilly!!
