I hate being hustled. I walked in with my husband and child super cranky from having to recover from a mild concussion due to a negligent driver who totaled our beloved car. In sum, I was not looking forward to buying another car. Yaro came up to us and I was already prepared to walk out because like I stated, I hate being hustled. But his friendly demeanor was so hard to be angry at. I gave him a chance. Long story short, he and his supervisor (James) were complete gentlemen with me despite my highly agitated post-concussive state.
