Last of a dying breed, Team Harbor knocked it out of the park and delivered our 2022 Hybrid Tucson to our doorstep in Palm Desert. Their prices are fair and the sales and finance team awesome. Thank you Leonard, Bryant and our delivery man Jacob was wonderful.

Just took my car in for regular service and some recall work. Andres and Hugo were great and went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. Would definitely recommend the service department and glad I went back there after leasing the car at Harbor.

Things were great until after the sale. They put an incorrect address in the registration and I never received it. After multiple emails and a final phone conversation they promised to go to DMV and correct it the next day. That never happened. I found that the correction had never been made when I renewed the registration.

I had an amazing experience at Harbor Hyundai. The staff was very helpful. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the whole process of leasing the car. I will recommend to family and friends.

I generally extend understanding when it comes to service, but in this case, I find it necessary to express my disappointment with the after-sales service I’ve experienced. While Juan was professional and helpful during the sales process, my interactions with Gianni (manager) and the DMV representative (Christina)have been unacceptable. During the financing stage, I was inundated with calls and emails to provide documentation — communication was relentless until the sale was complete. Unfortunately, that urgency and follow-through disappeared once the transaction was finalized. I purchased the vehicle in April, and as of July, I still have not received my tags. Despite multiple follow-up attempts via phone and email, I have received no response. This lack of accountability and poor communication is not only frustrating, it reflects a serious deficiency in your customer service process. The level of aftercare provided is well below acceptable standards. I have full intent to ensure all friends and family know to never step foot into this dealership. Sincerely, Yorshua
