Every person (except Tim) was crabby and didn't seem to want to help me.
Excellent experience! There was no pushy salesperson or pressure to purchase the vehicle. I was given the time needed to make my own decision.

Had to call too many times because my calls were not returned. Calling a customer back after they leave a message is always appreciated. The customer should not have to call you back.
