Derrick, was extremely helpful through the entire purchase, in constant contact and went above and beyond every step of the way. My son and I were out looking for a car and we ended up at Wallingford Auto Park (for my second car in 8 years). As soon as we pulled in the lot, I saw my retirement car I've been in search of for about 5 years. It's also a car that my son liked (hard to find one we both like). We talked with Salesman Patrick Baker about the car and found out he was very knowledgeable about many of the cars on the lot. and we decided to take one out for a test drive. Upon return, we were done looking, we asked Patrick to run some numbers and find out if my son and I would qualify for this particular car. We were only there for 1/2 hour longer and we ended up getting an answer, it was a YES!!!! We put a small down payment to hold the car overnight, and we headed back the next day to pick up the car. WE arrived at 3PM and signed all the paperwork and we were driving the car home by 4:40PM. That has never been the case with any of my other car purchases. All in all, my son and I are very happy about the purchase, including the professionalism from beginning to end. Let me just say, Patrick has been in touch many times after our purchase to make sure we like our car and just to see how we are doing. He goes above and beyond, and I thank him.
