This please is horrible and dishonest I took my z there after an accident and they gave an estimate of 6046 to fix my car a week later they changed the estimate to 29000 for things that did not need to be done to the car , and refused to fix after I declined to do the extra work I went and talked to the gm and he did nothing and Chris and the collision manager are horrible people to deal with they think that they can just talk any way to people as a local business owner, I will be sure to tell everyone about this experience, if this is how they treat people , they should not be working there ,

This is a very dishonest place for servicing your car. My wife's 370z is a cream puff with only 30,000 miles and it is her baby. They stripped out the oil plug, and fixed it by putting blue thread seal and they also broke the plastic underbody, right below the drivers side door. I had them leave it on the lift so I could see what they did, and Mike, the Service Director, said I had no proof that they did the damage. I reported all of this to the General Manager, Erasmo, and he never called me back. What a poorly run company. As a business owner in Panama City, I will absolutely tell all of my customers about this experience, and how poorly I was treated. I understand when people make mistakes, but just fix it and move on. In the end, especially if other customers are treated so bad, this will catch up to them. My wife was also ready to purchase a new Z, next month, but IT WILL NOT BE FROM JOHN LEE!!! Also, all of my company vehicles that I bring in for service, that ended as of the date of this review! Spent $20,000 with you over the last 2 years! Good job Erasmo, way to grow your business!

Unsatisfied with john Lee Mazda, when i bought car after transaction they gave me one Key and never mentioned they did not have two which one expect when purchasing vehicle. I paid hundreds of dollars to have 2nd Key Fob made. Secondly, the GMC Acadia's had evap purge pump problem they they never revealed.The first week the check engine light came on and had to be replaced. Sale specialist should be open and honest when selling vehicle. Be careful dealing with John Lee Mazda. Customer: Johnny King
