Very nice dealer and I really appreciated my sales person. She was very nice and helped me get a deal I was looking for.
I just bought a 2026 Honda Passport - Trailsport from Criswell Honda in Germantown, MD. John Hicks is a great salesman. He worked hard to make the deal happen. It was a pleasure working with him, and I felt very comfortable with his service. All the other employees were friendly, professional, and helped to make the transaction go as smoothly as possible. I drove away a happy, "new car" owner!

Great dealership overall! I would say the service was immaculate. Hamza was incredible, extremely kind & patient. He handled transactional hiccups with great finesse. Also went above and beyond post-service with any issues/queries we had regarding the vehicle. The average person would have gotten frustrated but he handled himself with grace. 100/10 would recommend. Everyone we came across handled themselves with tremendous levels of professionalism, grace, and genuineness. It's more common than not to have a bad experience at dealerships. I am glad that wasn't the case. I would come back here for the service alone!
