I mean they did the job for the warranty failure. I will transmission and CV axle. Abdul was a great service technician and I appreciate him dealing with me even though when I know I wasn’t the best customer because I’m very pushy. Be careful of dealer upsells! I came in for service and was handed a "30k Service Sheet," which I agreed to. It turns out they had expensive extra services (like an AC evaporator clean and fuel induction service) that are NOT required by the official Hyundai owner's manual. I paid more than $500 unnecessarily for services my car didn't actually need yet. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Do not just agree to their mileage service packages without cross-checking it with your actual manual first!

We had a great experience. We got started with the process kinda late in the evening but everyone was really nice about staying after 8:00 to make sure we were taken care of.
