The service advisor was knowledgeable and experienced, explained the process from start to end. The atmosphere of the waiting room was relaxing!!

I felt they were honest with me and were not out to create fee income through needless services. When reviewing one item that should be done at this mileage they indicated it was not needed at this time and could wait. They could have easily performed the service and charged me accordingly. This is refreshing as my experience with car dealer service centers is the opposite. I appreciate this.
