I went in for service on my Chevy Blazer, previously having had good experience with their service department. I was sorely disappointed with their overblown estimates for work I have since found was not required. The work they did do was extremely sloppy and transmission fluid after a flush has been found all over the underbelly of my car. Dripping on my garage floor for the last few weeks putting my dogs at risk is the worst thing I can say about them though. I would never recommend them!
Ka Tari Brown fit me in and was incredible helpful and kind. I so appreciated his help to get my car taken care of!
Lack of knowledge on GMC recalls I tried 3 times for the 6.2 motor I got the run around from them so the next time I lost over 2gts. Of oil I took my auto to Storsnider Chevrolet with a short time after working the engin they inform I do quality for a new engin I wish I could email the CEO and let her know how much money I was out with them since she never see the bad reviews and I could tell her the full story
Ka-Tari Brown made the appointment go smoothly. He was polite and efficient .I had thought this service would take two hours, and he helped make it just an hour.
I brought my mother's Buick Enclave in for service on June 10 @ 10am. It was not looked at until the afternoon of June 12. I approved the repair and since that time communications have been non-existent. I have called service without a call back. I sent a message through the Colonial website without a call back. My last resort is to drive to Colonial and find who I can talk to face to face. Terrible service
This place has the worst service department in Charlottesville. I have called and left messages 4 times with no call back. I sure will not purchase another car from them and I have purchase 7 prior. The new people are awful.
