I have a disability, clearly marked by my license plate, and was treated with no respect when I brought my 2019 RDX in with a known issue. I was emailed an estimate with one cost for the issue. When I arrived they played the we can't replicate the problem game with me. I gave them a video, showed them the expired service bulletin describing the issue and how to fix it, knew it would cost money, but they still charged me $170 for diagnostics. They then told me that the service bulletin did not exist. Low in behold, they made it make that sound. Then presented me a quote (price only) of nearly double their mailed in estimate. I attempted to call the service manager, no reply. We attempted to verify with the sales person, hung up on twice because I was too triggered. Had to claim I was purchasing a new $75k to speak with a manager and at that it was the sales manager that was "one of the GM's" but not the right one because he made me relive the incident in great detail and told me that he wasn't the decisionmaker and had to have someone call me back. I can say that the interaction with the service person was fine, but the bait and switch with the $170 for no services rendered is ridiculous. But that is chump change for these fat cats.
Very easy to deal with. No hassle and they delivered the car to me. I highly reccomend this dealership and Chad Morris. I will be back!
