What Others Say

I don't mind overpaying for service. but when you have a promotion showing at the service desk called a summer promotion, and it's still summer, and you refuse to let your UST Omer participate, you have issues. the 3% credit card surcharge added on top of that? you are nicke-and-diming your customers. give us a break

I went in to cosign for a relative at hyundai and as i was leaving the sales manager told me he would get us approved for a trade in with nothing down since i was already preapproved so we told him we would be back mind you we had been looking to trade in our current car we came back spent hours waiting i had even told him there was a wreck on the side of my car would that be a problem he said no we can fix that so he showed us a couple cars on the hyundai lot he ran our credits we finally went with the journey all along were thinking this is a trade in once everything is over with hes about to go place the temporary license plate on the vehicle and he says its not a trade in again mind u i had already switched over my insurance to the new car because NOBODY made it clear that it was not a trade in so we made a whole purchase when that is not what we wanted if that was the case we would have looked at something we actually wanted but they were pushy about it and since all of our information was ran already they had already sent to see if we were approved by the banks we took the car home, the tire pressure light turned on shortly after leaving the lot at 945pm! And the engine oil says it needs to be changed! Now im stuck with 2 high car payments and one is on a car we didnt really want but we figured since its a trade in with lower milage we will be fine well keep it and trade it in in a year or so nope we got screwed but i will be calling monday morning to see what options i have in this situation!

It was a pleasant experience. Staff was polite. Service was prompt. There was no charge for this scheduled maintaince.

Please keep your word and take pride in selling a brand new car that's tens of thousands of dollars to the car that is three thousand dollars. It may not be anything to you, but it is to the person that is buying it. So don't think you're losing money by going the extra distance and keeping your word. A person is only as good as their word and the reputation of your dealership is shot to xxxx. A good manager would have gone and inspected the vehicle and make sure it was up to "par" as he put it and made sure it satisfactory according to what was agreed upon.

I was lied to after coaf had approved my financing. Now y'all have put more than 6 hard inquiries on my credit. So that you made sure the interest was too high. Joe Salazar is a liar and he should not be in the position he's in. You can take your b2b warranty as the xxxxing joke it is you need to quit screwing people over I hope you all read this and xxxxing go to jail what happened to me at this dealership is criminal. And I am looking into pursuing. That aspect of it. I got a letter from loaf saying I was accepted at a much lower rate than the one I got. Your dealership sucks.

Would never recommend Roswell Honda. They sold me a lemon. Within Two weeks of buying I started to have problems with it. They refused to fix it or get me into a new vehicle. They were no help whatsoever. I also purchased a service warranty and they still refused to fix it. From the service manager " it's no longer our problem take to dodge"
