Sunday I tried to start my 2017 Jaguar XE 20d and it would not start. SOS not available error on dash. TCU unit apparently fried and they obsoleted the part and is no longer available. I setup an appointment for Wednesday as was earliest available but called first thing Monday morning and they told me to tow it to the shop. By end of day Monday i had message feom Stacia the service manager with full diagnostic of problem and laid out the fact that the telemetric unit was the issue and that was no longer available but they would be reaching out to corporate for fix. Next day stacia replied letting me know that i would have to sign form so they could bypass the unit. I agreed as i dont use any of the features, also let her know i have extended full protection warranty. They worked with them to get half of the cost of fix covered. Something that i never figured would be possible since only a software fix. On top of that they offered to deliver the car back to me tomorrow AM. (Thursday) given all the info online said that people either ended up with a brick or car at dealer for months. I am extremely satisfied. Also Stacia communication is by far amongst the best i have experienced in the industry.

Great Sales people to begin with, then when service times rolls around, they are detailed, passionate and polite. All work was completed on time and done right. Very satisfied with this dealer experience.
